The Process

Complete Onboarding Form

Click on the "Sign Up Now" button above and the required fields. We will send you an invoice for the Setup Fee. Once paid, we will set up your DSF Account and send you the portal link and next steps.

Company Profile

Enter your company details and as required and upload the required company documents, such as Letter of Good Standing and Public Liability Insurance. You can use this as your document manager for any other important documents with expiry dates, which will notify you when any documents expires.

Employees

Add all your employees' details, photo and documents as required.

Tools, Equipment & Plant

Add or import all your tools, equipment and plant with any compliance documents.

Vehicles

Add all your company documents and upload license discs and other documents.

Order Employee QR Badges

Order your employees' badges once all your employees is uploaded on your DSF.

Training on DSF
